Integrated Database Team

Integrated Database Team develops bioinformatics infrastructures of JBIRC, focusing on construction of novel databases encompassing a wide variety of biological information. We conduct research on standardized annotation of gene expression, protein structure and its function, as well as comparative genomics and molecular evolutionary studies.
