3.2 Advanced search

At the top page, click on "Advanced Search" besides the keyword box. Go to the "advanced search". Select one of the dataset options, then specify items of interest and click the "GO" button. The results will be displayed below the option table.
The search conditions of different rows are combined by the specified operator next to the 'GO' button (the default is 'AND'). For the options specified by the checkboxes in a row are combined using the 'OR' operator.

The search returns a list of HITs (H-Inv Transcripts) in principle. However, as an exception, when you specify either "chromosome band" or "tissue-specific expression", and specify the dataset as 'All H-Inv transcripts' (default), then the search returns a list of HIXs (H-Inv clusters) and no HITs are shown.
